Managing employees out of the business

Sometimes, when you have done all you can to help an employee fit into their role or the business, there is only one option.

I can advise on a compliant process to manage the employee out of the business where necessary and a way to record all the necessary conversations and devise compliant documentation along the way, to ensure the employee leaves the business on the best terms possible.

Disciplinary processes 

When employees do the wrong thing, there is sometimes no choice but to end their employment.  However, there are certain processes that have to be followed in order to maintain legislative compliance.  I advise you on and walk you through these disciplinary processes, ensuring record keeping and documentation requirements are met.

Exit interviews

Understanding why people are leaving is an important tool to identify issues in your business, to improve the workplace and to ultimately improve your ability to retain staff.  I can design Exit Interviews/Surveys for you to complete or I can perform them for you with staff that have resigned.
